Is there parking?

There is parking on site. Pitsford and Brampton Station is behind the Brampton Halt pub. To avoid parking in the pub car park follow the road to the back of the pub and head straight up through the gates. The car park is then round to the left.  See our How to Find Us page for directions.

Is the time for the train ride or Santa's Grotto?

The time you booked the tickets are for Santa’s Grotto. On arrival, you will be directed up to Santa’s Grotto where you will meet Santa (after a short queue). The Trains run regularly from 11:00. We aim to have the train leave the station about every half hour from then. So there is no need to rush.

I booked online. Where are my tickets?

Don’t Panic. Print of the receipt you received from the website at purchase. This will contain all the details needed for your day. On arrival show the print out or the email on your phone and tablet and our station staff will show you the way from there.

I am trying to book a ticket for today but I can not see it?

Some bookings like Santa Specials and Cream Teas require our volunteers to prepare and we need to turn off bookings the day before to allow us to do this. 

These types of bookings are closed at 18:00 the day before the event.
