The Accessibility Compartment can accommodate 1 wheelchair and 2 Companions/Carers or 4 persons seated with no wheelchair. Please contact enquiries@nlr.org.uk for furher details.

Why not visit the Souvenir Shop at the Pitsford and Brampton Station and taste the goodies too in the Platform 3 Buffet serving hot/cold drinks, snacks and freshly prepared hot food.

If you decide to book a ticket on line and wish to pay by Credit Card, please press PayPal with the yellow background at the Checkout, wait a moment and this will take you to the page where you can pay by either PayPal or a Credit Card. You will be sent a confirmation email showing your booking and please bring this along or be able to show it on a mobile device to the Station Shop or Booking Office to collect your tradition tickets ready to board the train. Dogs:
- Dogs are very welcome at the NLR, provided they are well behaved. You can take your dog on the train too, except for the Cream Teas, Cheese & Cider and Breakfast with Santa events in the first class coach. (Guide dogs are accepted). We simply ask that all dog owners clean up any ‘accidents’ and also your dog does not sit on the coach seats.
