Pay a visit to our Souvenir Shop at the station, where you'll find a wide selection of gifts, books, toys, and other charming items.

Drop into the Pitsford and Brampton Station's "Platform 3 Buffet" offering a range of hot and cold drinks, tasty snacks, and freshly made hot food.

Why not pop into the Public House located next to the Pitsford & Brampton Station for a pre- or post-ride treat?

It is essential you book tickets on line as they will not be available on the day.

Also, to help Santa pick the perfect present for your child, please share each child’s age and gender when you book. Infants who don’t get a present can travel for free, but those who do, will be charged.

The Accessibility Compartment can accommodate one wheelchair, one carer and one companion or four persons seated with no wheelchair. Please contact enquiries@nlr.org.uk if you require any further help.

Adult carers accompanying a wheelchair user or additional needs customer (up to 1 carer per wheelchair user or additional needs customer) are kindly requested to provide a Northamptonshire Carers Card or a suitable equivalent for verification purposes.

Pushchairs can be safely stored at the station while you enjoy and experience your train ride.

Please be aware that there are no toilet facilities on the train itself. However, they are conveniently located at the Pitsford & Brampton Station where disabled toilet facilities are available.

Rover, NLRPS & CIO Members Discount, Heritage Railway Association (HRA), Blue Light Card Holders, Serving Forces and Privilege Travel Card Holders (BR Staff Travel) tickets are not available for this event.

You're welcome to bring your dog on the train, with the exception of the Cream Teas, Cheese and Cider, and Breakfast with Santa Events in the first class coach (assistance dogs are always welcome). We kindly ask that all dog owners ensure any "accidents" are cleaned up and that dogs do not sit on the coach seats.
