- The Accessibility Compartment can accommodate 1 wheelchair and 2 Companions/Carers or 3 persons seated with no wheelchair. Please contact enquiries@nlr.org.uk for furher details

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your departure at the Pitsford & Brampton Station NN6 8BA as trains will only be held for a maximum of 5 minutes. You wiil be met at the station entrance and taken to your seats. Please bring along your booking email print out or be able to show it on a mobile device.

Unfortunately, due to seating availability, we cannot offer free travel to children under 2 years for the Cream Teas Event and all other children must be accompanied by an adult.

- We take this issue seriously. Our Cream Teas are bought in from a third party supplier and while we take great care in ensuring we know what are contained in these products, there could be a trace amount of allergens such as nuts present. We do offer gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know when you make your booking of your requirements as these alternatives will be limited in numbers on the day.
Dogs:
- Dogs are not allowed in the Accessibility/Wheelchair Compartment during the Cream Tea Special Event other than guide dogs.
