Here's what you can look forward to:

• A return train journey through the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, hauled by a classic steam locomotive.

• There wlll also be an intensive timetable of two heritage steam passenger trains together with demonstration freight trains; the last chance to see the Kent Electric Power Co. Ltd 0-4-0ST No. 2 locomotive.

• There will be a free mince pie with every ticket you buy (subject to availability).

• Pay a visit to our Souvenir Shop at the station, where you'll find a wide selection of gifts, books, toys, and other charming items.

• Drop into the Pitsford and Brampton Station's "Platform 3 Buffet" offering a range of hot and cold drinks, tasty snacks, and freshly made hot food.

• Why not pop into a Public House located next to the Pitsford & Brampton or Boughton Stations for a pre- or post-ride treat?

• Take a pleasant stroll along the Brampton Valley Way, right next to the stations.

• Enjoy complimentary parking at the Pitsford and Brampton Station. Free public parking is also available just a short walk (approximately 250 metres) from the Boughton Station.

Important Booking Information:

• To get the best value, book your tickets in advance. Alternatively, you can purchase them on the day, subject to availability.

•  Please bring along your booking email print out or be able to show it on a mobile device. Please note that all children need to be accompanied by a full-paying adult ticket holder.

• NLRPS & CIO Members Discount, Heritage Railway Association (HRA), Blue Light Card Holders, Serving Forces and Privilege Travel Card Holders (BR Staff Travel) tickets are not available for this event.

• Rover tickets are available for this event.

• Pushchairs can be safely stored at the station while you enjoy your train ride.

• Please be aware that there are no toilet facilities on the train itself. However, they are conveniently located at the Pitsford & Brampton and Boughton Stations. Baby changing facilities are available at the Pitsford & Brampton Station.

• Groups of 10 or more will automatically receive a 10% discount when booking online – making it even easier to enjoy a day out together.

Dogs:

• You're welcome to bring your dog on the train, with the exception of the Cream Teas, Cheese and Cider, and Breakfast with Santa Events in the first class coach (assistance dogs are always welcome). We kindly ask that all dog owners ensure any "accidents" are cleaned up and that dogs do not sit on the coach seats.
